Step by step we progressed in the digitalization of each of these items through our main work models with factories, brand representatives and wholesale distributors

Acceptance and support of our clients as an alternative to the current business models and online sales management tools, opened a path of innovation that allows us to continue with new functionalities and achieve that the community that is being formed in the interaction of all the actors in the commercial chain, keep growing

From the first days and together with Mercado Libre 's corporate, commercial and product teams, we have worked untiringly to plant a new concept of electronic commerce, as indicated in the previous graphic (see here the video that introduces this new paradigm)

Talking with the expert

The meeting in which Gastón Zelerteins, Javier Neumann and Jonathan Saiegh - creators of AlephCRM - visited Mercado Libre CEO, Marcos Galperin, was based on the presentation of the AlephCRM project as an online sales management platform and as a community that connects brands, factories, wholesale distributors, retailers and PickUp points, demonstrating the path taken as business partners, in a constant work to optimize the experience of online sellers.

The meeting also provided the opportunity to present our growth path and some actions that are promising for the future of our clients, together again to the giant of Latin American online sales.

 

Aleph continues to advance

Today the platform works and is expanding throughout Latin America, in all the countries where Mercado Libre operates: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Paraguay, Bolivia and Ecuador. Always pursuing a great goal: to focus on the transformation of industries and deepen the digitalization of commercial chains.

In this sense, the feedback received from Marcos has been essential to understand the synergies that we have had and that we are looking for in the future on this path that has just begun and is under permanent construction.
